The Forest Demands Its Due (2023)
Kosoko Jackson
"Magic, mystery, and murder combine in Jackson's dark academia thriller that will have you jumping at shadows and eager to stay out of the woods. Sharp, visceral, and altogether stunning, The Forest Demands Its Due will haunt you long after the last page."
Bittersweet in the Hollow (2023)
Kate Pearsall
"The Appalachian witch book of my dreams! I wanted to crawl inside Bittersweet In The Hollow and live with the James women. Haunted golden boys, deeply nuanced, magical girls, and the threat of something lurking in the woods kept me turning the page long after dark. Pearsall's debut is positively spellbinding."
A Study in Drowning (2023)
Ava Reid
"This is one of those books that makes you remember why we read in the first place. A Study in Drowning takes dark academia to magical new heights. Reid is a singular, extraordinary talent."
