Bill Fawcett is a mystery and science-fiction author and editor, writing under both his own name and the shared pseudonym of Quinn Fawcett.

As president of Bill Fawcett and Associates, he works as a book packager, producing concepts, creating marketing and contracting writers and artists to fulfill the work. Fawcett has produced, edited or packaged hundreds of books and anthologies in RPG tie-ins, military fiction, science fiction, fantasy and military non-fiction. Authors he has worked with include David Drake, John Ringo, Michael Z. Williamson, William R. Forstchen, David Weber, Kevin Dockery, Elizabeth Moon, Arthur C. Clarke, Mercedes Lackey and others.
