Jeff Carlson is the author of the internationally acclaimed thrillers Plague Year and Plague War.

Jeff is currently at work on a new stand-alone thriller as well as a third nanotech Plague novel to complete the trilogy. His short fiction has appeared in a variety of publications such as Asimov's Science Fiction, Boys' Life, Writers of the Future XXIII, and the upcoming Fast Forward 2 anthology. He is also collaborating with New York Times bestselling author David Brin on a new adventure series entitled Colony High.

To date, Jeff's work has been translated into five foreign languages. Plague Year will also be released on CD and as a digital download by Recorded Books and Audible.com in July 2008.
