Filipino barman, Ramon, witnesses a woman falling to her death from seven stories up. Strangely he doesn't call the police but goes to the room from where she fell. He cleans up the scene, wiping away all traces of foul play. Why would an innocent bystander go to such pains? The investigation of the death falls to Supt. Mike Yeadings.
