Alexandra Connor was born in Lancashire and educated in Yorkshire. She had a variety of careers including photographic model, cinema manager and personal assistant to a world famous heart surgeon. Yet, incredibly, it was only after being stalked and beaten up in London that she found her real forte. During her convalescence, Alexandra discovered an ability to paint. A further relapse resulted in her writing her first novel. Although traumatic, Alexandra believes that the beating up changed her - and gave her a life she could never have imagined before.
