In ancient Mongolia, Mongke, a shepherd, hears a prophecy: he will become rich and marry the Khan¹s daughter. When she speaks to the Khan, he learns he may marry the princess, if he can do three things. The third is he must defeat the bandit Bagatur, but he loses. Disgraced, he returns to the court to learn Bagatur is the princess. Now that he has learned humility, the princess does marry him.
