A new player in the narcotics game, the Ivory Coast cartel has turned West Africa into a major drug territory. After several DEA planes are sabotaged and downed, the Oval Office takes personal interest, fearing a traitor in the ranks. Mack Bolan is dispatched undercover as a Fed, to plug the leak at its source and do some damage to the infrastructure of this homegrown group of narcotraffickers.

But the mission goes sour fast in the dark heart of Nigeria's capital. With his cover blown and his prime suspect, the local DEA top man, marking him for quick death, Bolan plays the game shot for shot, blowing the operation wide open -- and uncovering a deadly surprise.
