Jon Stock is a British author and journalist who also writes a column called The Last Word for The Week magazine in India.

He is currently editor of the Weekend section of the Daily Telegraph in the UK. He previously worked in New Delhi for two years, as a foreign correspondent for the Daily Telegraph, and has also lived in Cochin, Kerala. He lives in Wiltshire with his wife and three children.
