East Cove has always been a charming, sleepy little place--until the bloody, nightmarish killings began, leaving many of the townspeople literally torn to shreds. Who--or what--is the fiendish slayer that only strikes when the moon is full? Is it Frank Foster, hideously deformed and hidden away in the dungeon-like basement of his mother's house? . . .
