Bobby Lee Smith drives his herd up from Abilene to the No Man's Land of the Oklahoma panhandle, looking to start a spread of his own. But the lawless strip doesn't fall under any legal jurisdiction, and a lowdown land shark is selling all the land he can--as many times as possible.
