Peter Millar is a British journalist, critic and author, primarily known for his reporting of the later days of the Cold War and fall of the Berlin Wall for The Sunday Times of London. He was named Foreign Correspondent of the Year 1989 by the British What the Papers Say television programme. He was born in Northern Ireland
