South American druglord Pablo Bustamente already pollutes the streets of the United States with his poisonous product. But now he's decided that the US needs to be taught a lesson in humility. So he cuts a deal with foreign extremists-they supply him with heroin, and he'll help carry out acts of terror against the Americas. To stop the chaos, Barrone and his team are tapped to infiltrate the drugs-for-death deal and put down Bustamente and his new allies-permanently.
