It's the start of her senior year, and Sierra has much to look forward to. So why does it feel as though all she's been doing lately is waiting?

No doubt about it, Sierra Jensen has just had the best summer of her life! But now that she's back from a whirlwind trip to Switzerland with her friend Christy Miller, Sierra isn't quite sure if the school year will turn out as she planned.

The school administration has come down hard with an ultimatum for her buddy Randy, and Sierra must decide who or what's right her friend or the rules.

To make matters worse, her closet friend still isn't talking to her, and all of Sierra's efforts to fix their relationship seem headed for disaster.

The hardest part, though, is waiting to hear from Paul. He hasn't replied to her recent letters, and every day that passes without a response causes Sierra to grow more anxious.

Aren't friendships supposed to go both ways? Will Sierra ever be sure where she stands with these relationships or what God's plans are for them? Only time will tell.
