The Scholar of Extortion

Winston Lim, an incorruptible inspector in the Hong Kong police force, receives a tip that a major act of maritime terrorism is about to happen and races off into the eye of a storm and into a trap. Alan Rosslyn honours his promise to look after Lim's step-daughter, and is drawn into the action.
