Michael Oliveri
"Reading Mike Oliveri's work is very comfortable, like sitting in your favorite chair. His prose is clean, smooth, and vivid. It takes you by the hand and leads you into the story like an old friend who has something to show you. Then it turns on you and grabs you by the throat. But by then, it's too late to go back -- you have no choice but to keep moving forward, no matter how hard those hands squeeze, even when you can no longer breathe. The horror genre has a new name to watch -- Mike Oliveri is going places."

Gary A Braunbeck
"Gary A Braunbeck is simply one of the finest writers to come along in years. His work is chilling, touching, moving, and above all, compassionate and human. He elevates the genre with everything he writes. If you've read him, you already know this, but if you haven't, take this book home, get comfortable, and see what you've been missing -- you're in for a treat."
