For centuries, two bloodthirsty fleets - one Silver, one Gold - fought for the domination of space, with many planets regularly pillaged and destroyed. In a desperate attempt at sabotage, the Grounders infiltrate the Fleets with a highly-trained spy in the unlikely guise of a 15-year-old girl.
