Take Me Apart (2020)
Sara Sligar
"A smart, post-modern book that takes on the complexities of gendered mental illness and trauma at an engrossing clip. With a complicated visual artist at its narrative center, Take Me Apart teases out the tensions of visibility and fame versus the hidden, unseen wounds of home and interiority, and asks the hard questions of what it means to create as a woman?create art, create life, and create yourself."

The Body Double (2020)
Emily Beyda
"A hypnotic deep-dive into notions of female identity and visibility; it’s a lyrical nightmare that renders LA a prison, and the self a collapsible construct. The Body Double sucks you in with reflected glamour, and masterfully spits you out the same way Hollywood does— transfixed, disposable, wanting more."

Tell Me Everything (2019)
Cambria Brockman
"The aptly named Malin, as smart as she is misanthropic, narrates this tale of collegiate rivalry--we see the Maine campus and her flawed friends through her disaffected eyes, even as she conceals the details of what has left one of them dead. In this dark romp through a world of privilege and petty slights, it's hard not to get caught up in the question of which of the characters is doomed, and who is most responsible."
