Parole officers Loretta Kovacs and Frank Marvelli have been ordered to find hit man Sammy Teitlebaum before Sammy kills mob turncoat Gus Rispoli, who's tucked away at My Blue Heaven, the Witness Protection Program's top-secret prison.
