Fiz, the alien dog arrives on Earth to study humans, but he senses that something is very, very wrong. He meets up with two kids, Eli and Arianna (who are twins) and they discover that this dog can actually talk. Fiz tells them that he is from another planet called K-9. But it is then that Fiz discovers something strange is happening on Earth. The twins join Fiz on an adventure to find and solve the problem. Along the way, they are helped by other alien animals from far away planets and eventually discover that one of the animals is messing with human brains...and trying to make humans dumber!
