It's no secret that Betty and her snobby classmate Penelope don't get along. So Betty is less than pleased when Penelope accidentally gets beamed up onto her spaceship. And just when Betty thinks that things can't get any worse, her ship crashes on the planet Penelepus X, where Penelope declares herself Supreme Overlord.
