Michael Schiftmann is a pretty good novelist but his literate works don't make him much money. What the public want is glamour, glitz and violence and on a druken depressed evening he decides that that is what he will give them. He'll create a series of novels featuring the boldest, coldest serial killer ever imagined and to do that he has to discover for himself what it feels like to actually kill someone.
