(2001)
A novel by

GOTHIC - Adriane Hollander has inherited some paintings that reside at Glamorgan Castle, on the Isle of Uist in the Outer Hebrides Islands. But the more Adriane hears about Glamorgan Castle, the more she feels the pall it casts on the countryside. A legend tells of three women who lived there and disappeared without a trace, so that no one goes there now unless in broad daylight and then not alone. Will she be the fourth woman to meet her fate in this remote place?

Adriane discovers her grandfather's portrait of the last of the missing women. Notations in a diary indicate that one of the missing women was escorted home after her sittings by Damian Ser Vaas Brandon, the man whose portrait Nager Saranoff, her grandfather's ex-student, now paints. The man into whose portrait Nager has painted so much evil.

Will Adriane be able to help Nager one day paint in sunlight? Or are they forever trapped amidst strange memories and echoes of wolves howling on the moor at night? Can they break the spell of...The Lost Diary of Glamorgan Castle?
