One by one, beautiful blondes were dragged from the Potomac River by the Washington, D.C. police, their bodies savagely mauled and emptied of all blood. Assigned to the case, homicide detective Harry Picard discovered that the victims had last been seen accompanied by a huge, hulking man who vanished after every crime.
