Katharine Weber recommends
Flesh Tones (2002) M J Rose "Flesh Tones is smart, sexy, and so rivetingly suspenseful that I just had to keep turning the pages." | Every Last Cuckoo (2008) Kate Maloy "This vivid and original novel seizes and surprises the reader... stunning." | Anthem of a Reluctant Prophet (2008) Joanne Proulx "Joanne Proulx's debut novel is an impressive literary feat. Anthem of a Reluctant Prophet is a pitch-perfect glimpse of that powerful yet paradoxically fragile moment in adolescence when the world is rushing at you and you are rushing at it." | |
Other Waters (2012) Eleni N Gage "The best novels are those that invite you into an utterly believable world of entirely authentic people in situations about which you care instantly. Gage's beguiling narrative talent is in splendid evidence in Other Waters, making this fiction debut one of those enthralling novels." |
