Geoffrey Glover Wright has a background in entertainment, being involved in the recording industry for many years.
With writing in mind, Geoffrey spent time with contract soldiers and seconded SAS units in Oman's clandestine rebel war, an experience resulting in his debut novel The Torch published by Putnam USA and Hutchinson UK with translations in many languages including Japanese where his books are particularly successful.
He has published eight novels to date and now lives in Jersey, Channel Islands. He retains an active interest in entertainment being involved with charity fund-raising events for Holidays For Heroes which provides breaks for wounded servicemen and their families.
