Salem and his pal Roscoe are caught fishing in a neighbor's pond and Salem is forced to wear a collar with a bell as punishment. Still loving to fish, Salem and Roscoe set their sights on the fish Sabrina brings home from school. When the piranha attacks and makes off with the collar, Sabrina assumes the worst.
