Prisoner of a Promise

When Belinda has an important patient, a blind man being treated by a top-flight ophthalmic surgeon, he is too ill to realise he can't have the same nurse all day so the ward sister uses two nurses with identical voices. Belinda realises she is a prisoner of a promise made by her sister to do anything to keep patients happy.
