Well Behaved Women (2023)
Caroline Lamond
"A vibrant tribute to a mesmerising screen icon of the 1920s. Lamond skilfully reimagines the way Alla Nazimove's traumatic past gives her the courage to turn heartbreak into art."

The Invincible Miss Cust (2022)
Penny Haw
"Penny Haw takes us deep into the heart and choices of Aleen Cust, who defied convention to become Britain's first woman veterinary surgeon. A vivid, beautifully written, and compelling novel."
