Daisie's Ark

Pregnant and alone, Daisie engineers a marriage which proves to be loveless. A collection of sick animals, tended by Daisie in a field which becomes known as Daisie's Ark, are the only recipients of her love. It is not until the winter of her life that she finds love from an unexpected source.
