Lujan Serege is the Commander in Chief of the Unified Worlds' special forces, and a man with many enemies. During crucial negotiations with the Unified Worlds' traditional enemies, the Dominion, Lujan is critically injured by a terrorist bomb, leaving him paralyzed. Unable to control his own body and rapidly losing control of his political position, Lujan must find a way to expose the conspirators and help the Unified Worlds resist the cruel grasp of the Dominion.
