ALLAN TOPOL is a graduate of Carnegie Institute of Technology who majored in chemistry, abandoned science and obtained a law degree from Yale University. As a partner in a major Washington law firm, he practices international environmental law. He writes a weekly column for the on-line newspaper Military.com. An avid wine collector and connoisseur, he has traveled extensively, researching dramatic locations for his novels, some of which are portrayed in Spy Dance, Dark Ambition, Conspiracy and now in Enemy Of My Enemy.
