Two college kids are kidnapped and psychopathic mass murderer Luther Lee Boggs claims he knows, through his psychic powers, where they are. Mulder and Scully need Boggs's help, but his price is high: a reprieve from his imminent death sentence. Scully fights against her own beliefs.
