Byte Barkley is a retired Labrador retriever who used to work for the top secret Animal Intelligence Agency doing spy work considered too dangerous for humans.
With New Year's Eve coming, the Internet is filled with terrorist threats, including one from an unknown organization called PHLUSH demanding a trillion dollars and the use of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC.
With all available agents working on other threats, Byte is called back into active duty to investigate. Soon he and his team of agents find themselves facing the most terrible threat to the United States since the invention of indoor plumbing.
