After a gun battle in an 1884 Peoria, Illinois cathouse, one armed ex-Confederate guerilla Joel Stuart has new problems. A small group arrives from New Orleans to inform him his old friend and fellow Missouri Raider needs his help... and that someone is systemically killing all Confederate veterans in the area.
