More than a decade after serial killer Sheldon Woods receives multiple life sentences in exchange for locating the bodies of some of his victims, FBI agent Portia Cahill teams with defense attorney James Cannon to find the rest of the missing boys, only to be drawn into a cat-and-mouse game with a monster targeting a fresh wave of innocent victims.
