Tom Jenkins wants to go to space. But here at Brighthome Youth Center there isn't much of a chance to do anything like that. The only hope he has is in the legend of a space pirate visiting on occasion to recruit special chosen ones. Tom doesn't really believe it though. He's just doing his best to survive--when the legend comes true.
