ABOUT NO MAN'S LAND...Shaken by the amazing regression to the deep past, Fedorov and Karpov move to investigate an anomaly uncovered by Nikolin in the Wiki files. It will take them to the bitterly contested trenches of WWI, where the British are about to launch a new way of war fighting in a desperate attempt to break the bloody stalemate of trench warfare. At 06:00 on the 20th of November, 1917, 1000 British guns open up with a surprise barrage, soon followed by over 400 Mark IV tanks. The Battle of Cambrai opens a new era of warfighting with the concepts of “Combined Arms” championed by Major General John Fuller. Investigating a magnetic anomaly, Fedorov soon discovers that both British and German troops have encountered a terrifying entity in the deep tunnels beneath the battlefield. Then, Nikolin’s research soon leads the team out to sea as another interloper appears to contest the Battle of Jutland. There they encounter an old nemesis in Kaiser Wilhelm II, a ship from the second World war.
