A novel by

Lottie Sinclair’s ordinary life takes a dramatic turn after one fateful night.

Her husband is walking home from his long shift in the town’s mines when he is attacked and killed by a masked gang. A few weeks later, more aggressors invade Lottie’s home and kidnap her two sons.

Suddenly, she is all alone.
Her family is gone, and she doesn’t know why.

A couple of townsfolk claim they saw the Comanches riding through town last night. They are the ones that took Lottie’s sons.

Lottie seeks help from the town’s sheriff, but it is evident that he is not going to help. The sheriff is reluctant to get involved in a fight with the Indians, neither will the rangers help. The Comanches are believed to be reckless and brutal.

The rescue mission is deemed to have failed before it starts.

Though, the widow’s journey to get back her sons is just starting.

Lottie has to find her boys. She does not care even if it means she has to take on a whole tribe by herself.

Nothing is going to stop her.
