We are all of us concerned, these days, about the Fear that stalks our streets, whereever we live, and about the influence of organized crime. But what about tomorrow? What about the days after tomorrow, after we have reached the stars, and harried law enforcement officers will have to deal with criminals from all over the galaxy, and not just from our little corner of it. Crime, by this time, will not only be international it is going to be intergalactic and criminals, and the police in that distant future, will have to face this reality
