The Opportunist (2022)
Elyse Friedman
"The rich are different and Elyse Friedman brings the receipts in this twisty story of familial double crossings. The Opportunist is a visceral joy to read and Friedman's storytelling has more levels than a superyacht. She never hides from the staggering truth that money, in fact, changes everything."

Body of Stars (2021)
Laura Maylene Walter
"Rapturously written and wildly original, Laura Maylene Walter’s debut novel maps the dreams and nightmares of girlhood. Like the best dystopian fiction, Body of Stars is both an allegory of our own world and a door that opens to a better one. Our lives may be written on our bodies, but our futures are not."
