Have you ever wondered how would the Amityville Horror would play out if the ghosts tried to help the people?

Being a ghost can get really boring. 17 year old Jessica Robinson could tell you all about it. Sure, every once in a while, she has a bit of fun scaring the poor folks who bought the suspiciously cheap manor house by the lake. But after they run away screaming in the middle of the night, she’s stuck in an empty building again with no escape and only her fellow ghosts as company. She doesn’t even know who killed her. With no way of solving her own murder, is it a surprise she feels a little down in the dumps? There isn’t even a flickering lightbulb at the end of this dark ghostly tunnel that is her gruesome afterlife.

Even though he is very much alive, Aiden sometimes feels like a ghost himself. His moms never ask his opinion about anything, least of all whether he wants to move into a haunted house. It’s not all bad though, since the ghost who appears by his bed each night turns out to be a beautiful young woman. However, when magic comes to play and it turns out that Aiden’s sister might become the next target of a mysterious serial killer, his life gets a little too interesting.

***

The Girl From the Other side is a paranormal mystery with a ghost x human romance. There are strong magical forces at play and not everyone is who they seem to be. HEA guaranteed, although it might be different from what you'd expect.

Trigger warnings: The book contains scenes that are appropriate for mature audience only. There are no explicit sexual scenes but there is a build-up to sexual assault (not completed), mentions of severe bullying, a suicide attempt, and graphic violence.
Genre: Paranormal Romance
