"The War of Dogs and Boids" is a standalone story that takes place on my world, Coyote, and occurs during the first year of the human colonization of that planet. It's a sidebar to the events depicted in Coyote, and features a rather unlikely protagonist: the dog who "belongs" to one of the main characters.
