Professor Sniff collects and supplies wind. Amongst his collection are bags of Huffs, sacks of Puffs and a few stray Whiffs. However, the spring breezes are late and Sniff is afraid he'll run out of stock. He gets more than he bargains for when a baby hurricane escapes from his barn.
