About William Rotsler
Born in 1926, William Rotsler was the five time Hugo Award-winning author of Shiva Descending (with Gregory Benford), To The Land Of The Electric Angel, Zandra, The Far Frontier and Star Trek: Distress Call. He died in 1997.
