Lucy Lenin is broke, her abusive husband is missing, and the gangsters he owed want to take it out on the demure Lucy. Copper is a full-length standalone.It is not a dark romance between the mains, but it has dark themes around side characters and in the main female character's past. CWs: memories of domestic abuse, pregnancy loss of a side character, deaths of side characters, attempted assault by a side character, mentions of illegal trafficking, and crime scene descriptions. All main characters are 18+ and no children or animals are harmed.
