The Oregon Strangler

When Clint Adams drifts into Placerville to do a little gunsmithing, he's counting on a peaceful, uneventful stay. But when he meets up with his old friend Bat Masterson, he knows there won't be a dull moment. Bat's got himself a human money-making machine name of Lenny Younger - alias the Oregon Strangler - a gentle, Bible-reading giant who can't be out-rassled by any man alive.

Then big trouble arrives when the town's most popular fancy-lady turns up throttled to death. Lenny's the first suspect, and now it's up to two legends - Masterson and the Gunsmith - to find the real killer before Lenny dies dancing - at the end of a rope.
