While Kim is busy searching for a missing rocket scientist, her cheerleading archrival Bonnie takes the opportunity to try to steal her spot as team captain. The scientist-napper in question turns out to be Duff Killigan, a kilt-wearing Scot with anger-management issues. Is Killigan really after military secrets? Or does he want the scientist's formula for fast-growing grass so he can turn the entire Pacific Coast into his own private golf course?
