Jenny Pitman
(b.1946)Jenny Pitman, well known as the first woman of racing, has achieved success in the world's toughest races. In 1998 she was awarded the OBE for her services to horseracing. Since retiring from training in 1999, Jenny has written five novels featuring trainer Jan Hardy.
