An ex-KGB general is preparing to launch the New Revolution for communism in Cuba. With a cadre of displaced compatriots, aided by the Cuban military and armed with stolen Russian weaponry, he's using drug money to finance an army of mercenaries--and that's where Mack Bolan picks up the trail.
