Once more, Will Chambers is faced with a mystery set in the past, three hundred years to be exactly. To clear up a disputed legacy, he has to prove the innocence of a man accused of being one of Blackbeard's pirates. If he fails, a local good ol' boy/ godfather will take control of an island meant to go to a country pastor. The case is difficult, relying on ancient court records and interpretation.
